Serenity Facial A European style, hands on treatment that includes deep cleansing, aromatherapy massage, application of corrective, scientific products and a mask.

Keratolyse Peel Using a very gentle vegetal peel, gentle enough to use on the eyelids, we carefully remove the rough build up of dead cell to redefine the texture of the skin and lessen wrinkles. We finish with a cooling cream mask. Leaves the skin smooth and radiant!

Ylang Ylang Sugar Scrub A gentle body polish with the seductive fragrance of ylang ylang leaves you feeling absolutely irresistible. Does not require showering after the treatment.

Ginger Lime Crushed Rice Scrub This is a local treat. In Costa Rica, rice is a way of life! Crushed rice with organic ginger, lime and essential oils make for an invigorating exfoliation. Good enough to eat! Requires a simple shower rinse after treatment.

Serenity Spa Body Peel This fabulous treatment combines exceptional exfoliation with luxurious pampering. Using an ultra effective vegetal peel, we gently peel away rough, cracked and wrinkled skin and a smooth, vibrant skin appears! We then indulge your senses with the application of essential oils and aromatic extracts to energize, nourish and replenish ravaged skin. Does not require showering after the treatment.

Costa Rican Lava Rock Massage Experience the extraordinary combination of large, hot rocks, massage and aromatherapy. The deep, healing properties of the warm stones deliver a more centered, deeper level of relaxation that stays with you long after the massage is completed.

Serenity Massage Our signature treatment combining Swedish massage techniques, firm pressure and long relaxing stokes for optimum relaxation.

Head, Hands And Feet Starting with a scalp massage, we then massage the neck, face, shoulders, hands and feet. Great for first time spa goers or as add on to any treatment. It is not necessary to remove your clothing for this treatment.

Pick Me Up An all over dry brushing delivers a surge of circulation followed by a 50 minute aromatherapy massage that creates a sense of well being and tranquility. This treatment is topped off with an aromatherapy mini facial to hydrate the skin and pamper the total being. Great for men!

Spa Spirit Indulge yourself with the healing properties of our exclusive organic Costa Rican mud treatment, a relaxing 50 minute massage, European mini facial to deep pore cleanse the skin and hydrate, and a scalp massage with an all natural deep conditioner made from coconut. This treatment is designed to renew the spirit and relax the mind.

Rejuvenator An invigorating exfoliation of the total body using our tropical citrus scrub, followed by a 50 minute massage and finished with our full body sea mint clay mask. While you are resting in your cocoon wrap, our therapists will perform a 10 minute relaxing scalp massage. An absolute rejuvenation!

Serenity Spa Seduction This Serenity Spa Signature Treatment seduces the senses with our organic, bamboo lemongrass herbal bliss. The treatment starts with a gentle exfoliation using our signature bamboo lemongrass scrub. After a warm shower, we then perform the Costa Rican lava rock massage. Now that your muscles are warm and loose, we will gently rock and stretch your body to elongate your muscles. The treatment concludes with our 100% natural, home grown lemongrass & herb sachets that are gently pressed and patted over your body to moisturize the skin, increase circulation and soothe muscles. We will cocoon you in these herbs to receive the maximum benefits of these medicinal plants.

Gentlemen’s Treatment  Specifically formulated with men’s specific skin and body care needs in mind. We start with a deep pore cleansing of the face, relieve irritation in the sensitive beard area and pay special attention to massaging the neck, shoulders and head. This is followed with an all over 50 minute body exfoliation to remove rough, dry skin and we complete the treatment with a therapeutic 50 minute massage. It’s a guy thing! * For the well being of our therapist, we do not offer deep muscle massage with any package.

Natural Clay This 100% organic clay is found deep below the earth in the rainforest. The properties of his clay are restorative, detoxifying and cooling. Helps to restore the skin’s balance.

Sunburn Relief Too hot? This quick treatment cleanses, cools and calms an over exposed skin with aromatherapy oils, aloe and a cooling body mask. Does not include massage.

Oleaslim Cellulite And Detox Wrap To provide great results in contouring the body, reducing cellulite and deep detoxification, the following regime is necessary: a vigorous dry brushing, a 50 minute lymphatic drainage massage and the application of the “Oleaslim” pure essential oil. This combination deeply detoxifies and liquefies toxins. Now it’s time to sweat them out!

Mint Herbal An energizing, yet relaxing body wraps. The mint herbal blend helps to relieve respiratory problems, digestive problems, increases blood circulation and helps mental concentration.

Grapefruit Citrus Herbal This citrus blend is invigorating, stimulates the lymphatic and blood circulatory systems and regenerates a sluggish skin. Awaken the senses.

Massage Cupping A wonderful ancient technique dating back to the 1500’s with the Egyptians using this method and then the Chinese, massage cupping has found its place in the modern world of healing. For our spa use, by creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens muscles en crisis without causing pain and brings blood flow to the skin and muscles. It is fantastic for deep muscle relief and body contouring. In facial applications, relieves swelling and promotes facial toning and firming. As add on to most any treatment, please allow 20 additional minutes.

Body Contouring Aromatherapy Wrap Working with the lymphatic drainage pathways and massage cupping, we dedicate this treatment to rid the body of excess, stagnant toxins, flaccid skin, inflammation and cellulite.  This is an extremely relaxing treatment that gives great health benefits. After a session of the massage cupping with a light application of aromatic creams, a highly concentrated essential oil is applied to further the detoxification process. As you rest in a cocoon wrap, our therapist will work on the face giving a toning and firming effect using the massage cups. You can look forward to the effects of a mini face lift and practically loose a full size in one treatment. You have to try it to believe it!!
