FACIALS
Serenity facial 50 min.
A European style, hands on treatment that includes deep cleansing, aromatherapy massage, application of corrective, scientific products and a mask.
Keratolyse peel 75 min.
Using a very gentle vegetal peel, gentle enough to use on the eyelids, we carefully remove the rough build up of dead cell to redefine the texture of the skin and lessen wrinkles. We finish with a cooling cream mask. Leaves the skin smooth and radiant!
Oxygen facial 70 min.
Oxygen is life! After a deep cleansing, our signature aromatherapy face and scalp massage, we select the corrective products for your skin type and then infuse oxygen into the skin penetrating products that moisturize and rebalance your skin. It’s like a breath of fresh air for your skin.
Serenity super facial 80 min.
It’s for the person that needs it all!
Tired, lifeless, rough skins need more than just one facial. Our super facial is two treatments at once. We follow all the procedure for the keratolyse peel, deep pore cleansing, gently peeling away the dead cell, applying all the scientific corrective products and then finish with the infusion of oxygen. Makes all the difference in the world!
SCRUBS
Ylang ylang sugar scrub 50 min.
A gentle body polish with the seductive fragrance of ylang ylang leaves you feeling absolutely irresistible. Does not require showering after the treatment.
Ginger lime crushed rice scrub 50 min.
This is a local treat. In Costa Rica, rice is a way of life! Crushed rice with organic ginger, lime and essential oils make for an invigorating exfoliation. Good enough to eat! Requires a simple shower rinse after treatment.
Bamboo lemongrass scrub 50 min.
Totally delicious. Using ground bamboo as an exfoliant and adding the aromatic fragrance of lemongrass, this scrub is one of a kind. Refreshes tired muscles and invigorates the spirit. Requires a simple shower rinse after treatment.
Serenity spa body peel 80 min.
This fabulous treatment combines exceptional exfoliation with luxurious pampering. Using an ultra effective vegetal peel, we gently peel away rough, cracked and wrinkled skin and a smooth, vibrant skin appears! We then indulge your senses with the application of essential oils and aromatic extracts to energize, nourish and replenish ravaged skin. Does not require showering after the treatment.
Tropical citrus salt scrub 50 min.
A lovely blend of exotic citrus and sea salt. A bit more exfoliation to awaken a tired, lifeless skin. Does not require showering after the treatment.
MASSAGES
Aromatherapy massage 80 min.
This massage will tingle and soothe all the senses. Start with a stimulating dry brushing, followed with an aromatherapy, cleansing essential oil and finished with a 60 minute massage using essential oils of the finest quality.
Deep tissue massage 50 min.
This massage is designed for pre or post activity. A firmer, more vigorous massage targeting your specific areas of concern. Great for sore muscles and getting ready for, or getting over the last Costa Rican adventure.
Costa Rican lava rock massage 80 min.
Experience the extraordinary combination of large, hot rocks, massage and aromatherapy. The deep, healing properties of the warm stones deliver a more centered, deeper level of relaxation that stays with you long after the massage is completed.
Lymphatic drainage massage available in 50 or 80 minutes
A light touch relaxing massage that follows the lymphatic pathway for great detoxification, reduces swelling and eliminates toxins.
Serenity massage available in 50 or 80 minutes
Our signature treatment combining Swedish massage techniques, firm pressure and long relaxing stokes for optimum relaxation.
Head, hands and feet 50 min.
Starting with a scalp massage, we then massage the neck, face, shoulders, hands and feet. Great for first time spa goers or as an add on to any treatment. It is not necessary to remove your clothing for this treatment.

Pick me up 80 minutes
An all over dry brushing delivers a surge of circulation followed by a 50 minute aromatherapy massage that creates a sense of well being and tranquility. This treatment is topped off with an aromatherapy mini facial to hydrate the skin and pamper the total being. Great for men!
Spa spirit 140 minutes
Indulge yourself with the healing properties of our exclusive organic Costa Rican mud treatment, a relaxing 50 minute massage, European mini facial to deep pore cleanse the skin and hydrate, and a scalp massage with an all natural deep conditioner made from coconut. This treatment is designed to renew the spirit and relax the mind.
Rejuvenator 140 minutes
An invigorating exfoliation of the total body using our tropical citrus scrub, followed by a 50 minute massage and finished with our full body sea mint clay mask. While you are resting in your cocoon wrap, our therapists will perform a 10 minute relaxing scalp massage. An absolute rejuvenation!
Customize your own spa experience 170 minutes
A spa experience you’ll always remember customized to your personal needs. Choose one of our exclusive organic scrubs, add a 50 minute massage, and then nourish this fresh skin with one of our natural clay or mint body masks. As you are resting in your wrap, experience the great results of a Serenity Facial and float off to sleep with the scalp massage.
Serenity spa seduction approximately 3 1/2 hours
&herb sachets that are gently pressed and patted over your body to moisturize the skin, increase circulation and soothe muscles. We will cocoon you in these herbs to receive the maximum benefits of these medicinal plants.
Gentlemen’s treatment 110 min.
Specifically formulated with men’s specific skin and body care needs in mind. We start with a deep pore cleansing of the face, relieve irritation in the sensitive beard area and pay special attention to massaging the neck, shoulders and head. This is followed with an all over 50 minute body exfoliation to remove rough, dry skin and we complete the treatment with a therapeutic 50 minute massage. It’s a guy thing!
MUDS AND WRAPS
Volcanic mud treatment 80 min.
Experience the healing properties of
this sulfur enriched mud. Great for detoxification and enriching the skin.
Natural clay 80 min.
This 100% organic clay is found deep below the earth in the rainforest. The properties of his clay are restorative, detoxifying and cooling. Helps to restore the skin’s balance.
Sunburn relief 50 min.
Too hot? This quick treatment cleanses, cools and calms an over exposed skin with aromatherapy oils, aloe and a cooling body mask. Does not include massage.
Oleaslim cellulite and detox wrap 110 min.
To provide great results in contouring the body, reducing cellulite and deep detoxification, the following regime is necessary: a vigorous dry brushing, a 50 minute lymphatic drainage massage and the application of the “Oleaslim” pure essential oil. This combination deeply detoxifies and liquefies toxins. Now it’s time to sweat them out!
NATURAL HERB AND MEDICINAL PLANT WRAPS
Eucalyptus herbal 80 min.
This herbal blend is extremely helpful for aches and pains, sinus problems, bronchitis, colds and is very cooling.
Mint herbal 80 min.
An energizing, yet relaxing body wrap. The mint herbal blend helps to relieve respiratory problems, digestive problems, increases blood circulation and helps mental concentration.
Grapefruit citrus herbal 80 min.
This citrus blend is invigorating, stimulates the lymphatic and blood circulatory systems and regenerates a sluggish skin. Awaken the senses.
Lemongrass & chamomile herbal 80 min.
Lemongrass is citric and the chamomile herbs are calming, quiets the nerves and relieves insomnia. The blend of these herbs give an overall feeling of well being.
MASTER THERAPIES
Massage cupping 20 min.(only with additional service)
A wonderful ancient technique dating back to the 1500’s with the Egyptians using this method and then the Chinese, massage cupping has found its place in the modern world of healing. For our spa use, by creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens muscles en crisis without causing pain and brings blood flow to the skin and muscles. It is fantastic for deep muscle relief and body contouring. In facial applications, relieves swelling and promotes facial toning and firming. As an add on to most any treatment, please allow 20 additional minutes.
Muscle meltdown 80 min.
It’s just like it sounds. A combination of a 60 minute deep tissue massage with 20 minutes of “massage cupping”. This treatment will melt down those aching, hard to reach muscles, works at a much deeper level than normal massage and leaves you with a sense of relaxation long after the treatment has ended! And it just feels really good!
Body contouring aromatherapy wrap 110 min.
Working with the lymphatic drainage pathways and massage cupping, we dedicate this treatment to rid the body of excess, stagnant toxins, flaccid skin, inflammation and cellulite. This is an extremely relaxing treatment that gives great health benefits. After a session of the massage cupping with a light application of aromatic creams, a highly concentrated essential oil is applied to further the detoxification process. As you rest in a cocoon wrap, our therapist will work on the face giving a toning and firming effect using the massage cups. You can look forward to the effects of a mini face lift and practically loose a full size in one treatment. You have to try it to believe it!!
Four hands massage 50 min.
While working in tandem, two therapists will massage you from head to toe, striving to keep the pressure and rhythm synchronized so that you forget where one therapist starts and the other one ends! Double your pleasure!
The crème de la crème 170 min.
Let your skin be reborn! One of the most luxurious treatments of all. Just under 3 hours of pampering, cleansing, peeling away rough, dry skin, a 50 minute relaxing massage, application of the most deliciously decadent aromatic creams, pure extracts, aromatherapy oils and purifying 100% organic clay. As if this isn’t enough, a deep pore cleansing mini facial and scalp massage sends you into a deep state of tranquility. You deserve the best!
Reflexology 50 min.
Starting with a fresh citrus foot scrub, we then apply a cooling mint oil and work the specific points of the feet. A pressure point stimulation assists circulation, balances the body and relieves tension.
